Shot this building this weekend. I think there is an image here somewhere but not sure I found it. It is a mile from my house and I remember being in the lobby a couple years ago for a meeting and thinkng I should come back here someday. Maybe I have been looking at Jorg Colberg's blog too much.

i like these. they remind me of these early shots duane michaels did very early in his life, of business interiors before they were open: lonely, empty, seeming to be waiting for humanity. ever see that work of his?
i like them as well, thomas. they remind me somewhat of a book diane keaton did in 1980 called "reservations" which consisted entirely of photographs of (empty) hotel lobbies. you might not be aware but keaton is a great photographer.
I like them very much. Seems you should continue onward. Lovely stuff Thomas.
I appreciate the Duane Michaels reference but not sure abut the Diane Keaton comparsion. No offense.
I know DM's portrait work for Life Magazine back in the day but not his interiors. I looked on line and found zilcho.
George welcome to the blog. I see you have been named man of the year by the APA so bravo for that.
I also like these images quite a bit. I think these and all of your architectural images on this page are quite strong. Maybe you have a little Struth in you too? I definitely think you should see where this body of work goes...
