at-edge

It always amazes me to see the process of coming up with an idea, shooting it, editing it and then seeing it makes its way into the body of work that I show.

What I like about these is that they make me imagine a scenario.

i love the shots. With all due respect, how many times will these photographs appear on this blog? Aren't there some out takes or something?

Don't hate.

I think the point of this blog is to show the entire process. From the inception of the idea, to the polaroid, through post production, to the marketing and maybe contests. When I look at images I am always curious how the photographer got to the end result. I think there is a tendency for us to say that the images and ideas came out of us fully formed and perfect. When in realty, in my experience, they are the result of a ton of mistakes and dead-ends.
