i just had a korean friend help me to translate this (paraphrased - she is not a photographer so she couldn't translate a lot of the jargon).
essentially the author is admiring your photographs and style. he identifies you as a commercial photographer but insists that he prefers your personal work. he would like to emulate the way that you make pictures. he is intimidated by taking pictures of strangers on the street and bustling activity but he understands the beauty in the kind of pictures you make. he has purchased a Nikon D40 to try to do this himself. when he walks down the street he notices the kinds of scenes that he sees in your photography but he claims he isn't able to use the camera with enough skill yet to translate that into the image, but he will continue to practice.
